• This marks the very first appearance of the Symbiote Costume on Spider-Man dubbed the "Black Suit".

Notes

• Although this is the first appearance of the Symbiote Costume publishing wise, this isn't the first chronological appearance of the costume. The first appearance was in Secret Wars #8, when Spider-Man and many other heroes were missing due to being transporting to Battleworld.
