Tony Stark (of Earth-12041), better known as Iron Man, is a member of the Avengers, the CEO of Stark Industries, and the business rival of Norman Osborn. Spider-Man looks up to him, calling him a living legend.
History[]
He had trouble learning the ropes as a rookie, but learned eventually. He defeated the Living Laser and gave Spider-Man the Iron Spider Armor that was possessed by Living Laser and he later let Living Laser possess his armor, then he was freed and sent Arthur into another dimension.
His other collection of armor was taken over by Doctor Octopus and aimed at Norman Osborn, but later was defeated by them both and Iron Man returned to Stark Industries. He was later hit by Captain America's shield and Spider-Man yelled hi to him before heading after the shield.
