Relationship With Spider-Man[]
When Tony and the other Avengers seemed to have been killed, he appointed several other heroes as the New Avengers, Spider-Man being one of them. Spider-Man took leadership and helped the New Avengers bring back the Avengers and defeat Kang the Conqueror.
