Avi Arad (born on August 1, 1948) is an Israeli-American businessman. Over the course of his career, he has been the C.E.O. of the company Toy Biz, the chief creative officer of Marvel Entertainment, a Marvel director, chairman, C.E.O., and the founder of Marvel Studios. He has produced each of the Spider-Man films.
