Benjamin Parker (of Earth-96283), better known as Uncle Ben, is a character that appears in all three parts of Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy. He acts as a father figure to Peter Parker after his parents were killed. Ben tried to instill good moral values into him. On the day of Ben's death, he told Peter, "With great power, comes great responsibility." (Which isn't the original quote!)This phrase inspired Peter to become the superhero known as Spider-Man. Ben was portrayed by Cliff Robertson.
