Charlotte Witter (of Earth-616) is the granddaughter of the first Madame Web and the fourth woman to call herself Spider-Woman. Unlike her predecessors, Charlotte uses her powers to commit various crimes that usually bring her into conflict with the other Spider-Women.
History[]
Charlotte Witter is the granddaughter of the elderly psychic Madame Web. Kidnapped by Doctor Octopus when he learned of her lineage and latent psychic powers, Charlotte was experimented on and fused with spider DNA until she emerged as his own evil vampiric Spider-Woman. Charlotte used her new powers to steal the powers of the three previous Spider-Women Jessica Drew, Julia Carpenter, and Mattie Franklin until Mattie was able to reabsorb the stolen powers. Later Charlotte attempted to use her telepathy to control Spider-Man but was once again defeated by Mattie Franklin in the guise of Spider-Woman.

- Psychic Spider-Legs - Using psychic energy Charoltte can manifest four gigantic spider-legs from her back
- Power Absorbtion - Charlotte can psionically drain energy from other spider-powered women.
- Telepathy - Charlotte can sense the thoughts of spider-powered individuals and control the thoughs of spider-powered men.
- Venom Blasts - Charlotte stole the Jessica Drew's power to fire bio-electric blasts.
- Psychic Webbing - Charlotte stole Julia Carpenter's power to create webs from psychokinetic energy.
- Vampirism - Charlotte can restore her strength by feeding on the blood of humans.
