Earth-4400 is an alternate reality in which Exiles battled Hyperion-led Weapon X.
History[]
Exiles battled Hyperion-led Weapon X, almost destroying the entire world. After nine years of Hyperion's defeat, Earth-4400 was on the effort of recovery.
But unfortunately, Hyperion's actions wiped out many of Earth-4400's heroes and allowing the villains to run amok in America.
In the end result, the United States passed a law in making superpowers illegal. However, this doesn't stop the criminals from powering up. In the long run, many cities became overrun with mutants or genetically engineered miscreants fighting over in turf wars.
