The Goblin Nation (of Earth-616) was a criminal organization formed by the Goblin King to fill the massive power vacuum in the criminal underworld created by Spider-Man's systematic elimination of the various criminal cartels infesting New York City. The organization is made of super-villains and henchman from various criminal cartels who each have a grudge against Spider-Man.
