Great Responsibility is the second episode of the first season of the television series Ultimate Spider-Man. The episode aired on April 1, 2012. 

Summary

Nick Fury's offer for Spider-Man to join S.H.I.E.L.D. and improve his ways is accepted, and Peter meets his new allies. They are Nova, White Tiger, Power Man, and Iron Fist. All of them are teenagers like Peter.

After the Frightful Four are once again sent out, Spider-Man ends up needing the help of his new allies to defeat them.
