Gwen Stacy (of Earth-616) was the first love of Peter Parker and a friend of Mary Jane Watson. She met Peter when they were undergraduates together, so her interest in science was a defining aspect of her character.
Gwen died when the Green Goblin dropped her and Peter tried to save her, but his web snapping her neck and spine, killing her.
Peter encounters Gwen in a type of dream beside her dad after Peter faints while trapped in Doctor Octopus' body. After her dad reassures Peter that saving Octavius was the right thing to do back in Ends of the Earth, Gwen kisses him on the cheek and tells him that everything worked out.
Dead No More
- Deadpool once had Arnim Zola make four Gwen Stacy clones in exchange for sparing his life.
