This Gwen Stacy followed the same history of her Earth 1610 counterpart, right up until she was cloned by Carnage and was defeated at the hands of Spider-Man. After it's incarceration at the Triskelion, the scientists there tried to fuse her with a fragment of the Tablet of Order and Chaos in order to create a new type of energy. Unfortunately, Carnage escaped, drained the life force of several S.H.I.E.L.D agents, and used the fragment to turn them into her minions, while S.H.I.E.L.D used their latest Spider-Slayers to contain her.
Afterwards, Spider-Man went into the Triskelion to get help from S.H.I.E.L.D to find the same fragment, only to find the place in ruin. Knowing it was Carnage, a furious Spidey chases her around the Triskelion, fighting off several of her minions and Slayers (which mistook him for an enemy, due to him wearing the Venom symbiote), and eventually confronts her. After a hard fight, Gwen fled to the control tower where she infected more agents, and turned herself into an egg. Unfortunately for Carnage, Spidey teamed up with some reprogrammed Slayers, and defeats her by pinning hher under rubble and taking the fragment, before angrily telling her to ¨stay down¨.
During the credits, Carnage is seen posing for a picture with some of the zombies.

- Superhuman Abilities: Carnage has superhuman strength, speed, agility, durability and stamina - all of which are superior to Spiderman. However, a Venom-Enhanced Spiderman gives him the physical might to overpower and harm Carnage.
- Regenerative Healing: Carnage biomass can regenerate living tissue.
- Vitality Siphoning: Carnage feeds on the vitality of living beings in order to sustain itself.
- Tentacle Generation: Carnage can generate tentacles and webbing, similarly to Venom and Spiderman.
Former Powers[]
Mystical Empowerment: While in possession of the Tablet of Order and Chaos, Carnage had the abilities of:
- Size-shifting: Carnage gained the ability to project one of her claws into the ground and then have it erupt out under a victim at a size large enough to impale them.
- Reanimation: Carnage gained the ability to infect her deceased victims with its biomass, causing them to slowly reanimate back to life and overtime metamorphose into significantly weaker copies of herself.

- Fire and Heat: Fire and Heat greatly damages her tissue and causes her to shriek in pain.
