Plot[]

The Silver Surfer comes to Earth to herald Galactus' arrival, but is attacked by Doctor Doom and knocked out of the sky resulting in his surfboard being shattered into "cosmic bricks" that fall onto the Earth. Doctor Doom then hires various super villains to gather the bricks, so he can use them to build  "Dr. Doom's Doom Ray of Doom". Realizing the gravity of the situation Nick Fury calls upon the superheroes of the Marvel Universe to retrieve these blocks before they get captured by the Doctor Doom and his band of villains. After all the villains are defeated, Galactus shows up. The heroes and villains have to team up to defeat him using parts of the destroyed Helicarier.
