The Life Foundation (of Earth-616) was a organization that believed the conclusion of the Cold War would bring about a nuclear holocaust that would result in the mutually assured destruction of modern civilization. Their goal is to build a new utopian soceity after the holocaust.
History
The Life Foundation believed that the conclusion of the Cold War would bring about a nuclear holocaust that would result in the mutually assured destruction of modern civilization. To that end, they constructed a large fall-out shelter and provide a place for their wealthy clients to live comfortably. In order to protect their future Utopian society, they created five symbiotes forcibly spawned from the Venom symbiote.They named the five symbiotes they created Agony, Phage, Riot, Lasher, and Scream
