Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales is a Spider-Man game developed by Insomniac Games and is a half-sequel (see below) to the 2018 game Marvel's Spider-Man. The game was released on November 12th in the US, Canada, Japan, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea, and then on November 19th in the UK and the rest of the world.

Like its predecessor, Marvel's Spider-Man, it is set in the Earth-1048 (Gamerverse) universe.

Although there was a lot of confusion, the game has been confirmed to be standalone, but not a full sequel or DLC. (Example: Marvel's Spider-Man = Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales = Uncharted: The Lost Legacy)

It continues from the ending of the 'Silver Lining' DLC where Miles Morales becomes Spider-Man.

It stars Miles Morales, who is helping Peter Parker (Spider-Man) defend the city of New York.

During the PlayStation 5 Showcase event on September 17th, 2020, a gameplay demo of Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales was shown, showing off gameplay and revealing the main villain of the game, The Tinkerer, who is the leader of the group known as The Underground.

The Ultimate Edition of Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales includes a remastered version of Marvel's Spider-Man, including The City That Never Sleeps DLC's.

Story

The game starts with Miles getting off a train, receiving a message from his mom, Rio Morales, who is stuck at her Campaign HQ and texts Miles to get groceries for a Christmas dinner later that night. Miles walks out into his new hometown, Harlem and puts on headphones and crosses the street, passing by a Rio Morales for City Council stand. He continues walking down the street and finds a guy trying to lift a couch into the back of a truck, which Miles helps lift. He continues to walk and finds a mural being worked on of Spider-Man and helps the two painters by lifting up a can of paint. Miles asks if they're going to add the new Spider-Man, one of them responds that he might and that the original is his guy. He also asks where Teo's Bodega is, and he finds out from the same mural painter that it is down the block. Miles thanks them and he says that they should add the new Spider-Man. Miles continues to head down to Teo's Bodega and finally arrives, but he receives a text from Peter saying: "Convoy's leaving early" "let's shake a leg!" and Miles suits up in a construction site and webs zips onto a passing train and begins swinging past a billboard advertising Roxxon's new revolutionary energy: Nuform.

Miles calls Peter to ask if he missed the convoy, Peter responds that he hasn't and that they had to secure a few inmates. They hang up and Miles calls his Mom to tell her that he'll be late and lies that the Bodega didn't have coconut milk and that he would check Downtown, Rio tells Miles to avoid Midtown due to the convoy and they hang up. (i'll finish this eventually)
