Norman Osborn (of Earth-96283) is Harry Osborn's father, owner of the OSCORP industries and formerly the Green Goblin.

Norman Osborn was born in 1953 at Osborn Manor, he was a wealthy kid  and got married and have birth to Harry Osborn he had a wife who may of died or left him at some point causing Norman to pay less attention to Harry he would soon became the founder of Oscorp Industries His Son Harry Osborn would flunk every private school he was sent to Norman Would later take him to Midtown High School he would take tests to the Goblin Serum. He was first seen driving his son Harry to the spider genetics lab in the family limo (much to Harry's embarrassment who would much rather arrive by bus like all the other students). He was initially pleasant and supporting of Peter's friendship and scientific potential, and also wanted his own son to recognize his own potential.

At the Daily Bugle, Osborn paralyzes Spider-Man and takes him to place where he offers a partnership, but Spidey refuses.
