Norton Fenton (of Earth-616), better known as Looter and Meteor Man, is a high school dropout who turned to a life of crime after being exposed to an unknown type of gas from a meteor he discovered.

Norton Fester dropped out of high school and got exposed to a strange gas originating from a meteor. He became the Meteor Man A.K.A, the Looter. He has battled Peter Parker (Earth-616) on multiple occasions.
