In this reality, Peter killed Kraven the Hunter instead of sparing him at the end of the Grim Hunt. This caused a change in Peter, and he began killing his old adversaries under the new name, "The Hunter."
Madame Webb sent Anya Corazon to confront him, and during the fight, she blinded him. Peter begged her to kill him, but she spared his life. He then retired as Spider-Man, and Anya took up the mantle.
