Peter Parker (of Earth-7940) is an alternate version of Peter Parker who was Ben Grimm's replacement in the Fantastic Four of his reality.
History[]
Not much is known about this version of Peter Parker, but it can be assumed that his life was the same as his Earth-616 counterpart up until Galactus came to Earth for the first time.
Replacement[]
After a version of Ben Grimm was delivered a cure for his rocky form by Earth-616 Ben, he was unable to be in the Fantastic Four, due to his lack of powers. Spider-Man was his official replacement, and was seen with the team when Galactus arrived.
