Peter Parker, of Earth-TRN101, loosely followed the history of his Earth-96283 counterpart, until his Uncle Ben died, which changed his outcome differently from the movie.
Early Life[]
Like in the movies, Peter Parker, a geeky boy, gains spider-powers after being bitten by a radioactive spider. Trying to raise up money for his family [and to get his own car], Peter goes to a wrestling ring to use his powers. After a fight with Bonesaw McGraw, the fight promoter cheats him, paying him only $100 instead of the 3-grand promised. A carjacker then goes into the fight promoter's office, and takes his money, running away. Peter doesn't stop him, as the fight promoter had also cheated him.
As he goes out, he sees his Uncle Ben dead on the ground, surrounded by police cars, and is guilt-ridden.
Spider-Man (2002)[]
Peter gets in his wrestling costume, saying that "Peter Parker can't do anything at this point. but Spider-Man is a different story." He looks for the Skulls, a gang that the killer of Uncle Ben belongs to. After fighting some on rooftops, he goes into a warehouse, where he finds Uncle Ben's killer and defeats him. Peter sees that this is the same carjacker who he didn't stop, and he realizes he could have saved Uncle Ben a long time ago. The carjacker then dies after falling out of a window.
Sometime later, Peter's friends Mary Jane Watson and Harry Osborn stood up to him after Uncle Ben's funeral. After his high school graduation, he became a photographer for the Daily Bugle, started selling pictures of himself as Spider-Man, and earned a lot of money. Meanwhile, Norman Osborn, the father of Peter's best friend Harry, and CEO of Oscorp is investigating the appearance of this new hero. Anxious to develop his Human Performance Enhancer "Super Soldier" serum, the main goals of which are already exhibited by Spider-Man, Osborn orders his capture, deploying hunter-killer robots for this purpose, but he easily defeats them all. Afterward, Spider-Man stops Shocker (who at first he had mocked by calling him "The Cushion") from getting away with stolen bank money, and Vulture who robbed a jewelry store. Norman then discovered that another being with arachnid DNA named Mac Gargan AKA the Scorpion is out there, and orders his capture, sending various spider-bots to do so. Spidey helps Gargan defeat them, but thinking Spidey is working for Oscorp, Gargan attacks him, only to be easily beaten, forcing him to flee.

Super-Hero, or Super Zero?
Afterward, Peter discovers that a new villain named "Goblin" is attacking the Oscorp Unity Day Festival, and saves his friend Mary Jane (who's currently Harry's girlfriend) from him. Before going off to fight Goblin, Mary Jane kisses him in the cheek, unaware that the two are being watched by a spider-bot. After a hard fight, Goblin offers an alliance with Spidey, but he refuses and resumes his superhero activities, defeating Kraven the Hunter, who was hired by Osborn to kill him.
Peter then goes back home to study one of the Goblin's personal weapons: a razor bat. After discovering it was made at Oscorp, Peter breaks into the facility as Spider-Man and learns from a scientist that Oscorp is creating dangerous chemical weapons. After shutting it down, he discovers at Osborn's office that he has a file showing him being kissed by Mary Jane, thus making her a target for the Goblin, who kidnaps her at her apartment. Spidey chases after Goblin to a bridge, where he saves MJ and defeats Goblin, who reveals himself to be Norman Osborn. Apparently, Osborn used his "Super Soldier" serum on himself shortly after his firing from Oscorp without testing it, thus causing him to lose his sanity. He then tries to kill Spidey with his glider, but he dodges it on time, and the glider impales and kills Norman instead, with his final words being "Tell Harry.. I'm sorry".
Spider-Man 2 (2004)[]
2 years later, Peter is struggling to balance his life as a superhero and a civilian, frequently missing class, social events, or time with his friends to fight crooks as Spider-Man. He ends up meeting a cat burglar named Felicia Hardy, and the two go on various team-ups to stop criminal operations (such as Shocker trying to use an experimental propulsion system, Quentin Beck AKA Mysterio (who recently tried to expose Spidey as a fraud) robbing Speedy Mart, and an illegal weapons trade) together. Felicia then tries to make Peter quit his civilian life and become a full-time superhero, but Peter says that the world needs both Spider-Man and Peter Parker.
Afterward, Peter and Harry attend a science demonstration hosted by Doctor Otto Octavius and his wife Rosie, where he attempts to recreate nuclear fusion to provide energy for Manhattan with four tentacles which he can control mentally. The project, however, backfires on them, killing Rosie and permanently grafting Otto's metal arms to his spine, thus causing them to control him. Peter, suiting up as Spider-Man, manages to stop the magnetic field that's destroying the lab, and flees to prevent being blamed for the mess.
Angry at Spidey for ruining his life's work, Octavius kidnaps Mary Jane and steals tritium from Peter's best friend Harry, to repower his fusion reactor in exchange for Spidey. After a hard fight in a moving train, Octavius makes the train go even faster, forcing Spidey to stop the train, but he's so tired that he falls unconscious, and Octavius captures him and takes him to Harry (who blamed him for his father's death). Before killing him, Harry wants to see who he really is, and is shocked to discover that his father's presumed killer is his own best friend. Peter then orders Harry to lead him to Octavius, promising to talk to him about Norman soon.

After finding Octavius' hideout, Peter breaks MJ out, but before they can escape, Octavius notices them and knocks Peter aside, unmasking him, much to MJ's shock. Believing Peter sabotaged his experiments, Octavius furiously tries to kill him, only to be knocked and electrocuted in a switch, thus regaining his mind, and sacrifices himself to destroy the fusion reactor permanently, while Peter and MJ flee. Peter then tells her that as long as he's Spider-Man, they can't be together, because he'll just make more enemies.
The next day, MJ is about to get married, and Peter is upset, only for her to visit him at his apartment, having called off her wedding. She then reveals she wants to give Peter full support for his life as Spider-Man, which cheers him up.
Spider-Man 3 (2007)[]
A year later, Peter learns that new gangs such as The H-Bombers, The Apocalypse, The Arsenic Candy, and The Dragon Tails had appeared in the city, causing him to worry that the sky is gonna fall or something. Nevertheless, he manages to shut down their operations. Peter then starts talking about how Harry blames him for the death of his father to MJ at Central Park, but she assures that he'll get over it. A Symbiote then shows up and attaches itself to Peter's shoe.
Afterward, Peter goes on various hard tasks (such as trying to cure Doctor Curt Connors who accidentally mutated himself into a humanoid lizard, helping Mac Gargan get his revenge on a company named Mecha Bio Con, which mutated Gargan, stopping the leader of the H-Bombers from killing his boss J. Jonah Jameson, and defeating Harry, who took the identity of New Goblin and tried to kill him) before going to sleep in his apartment, where he has nightmares about Uncle Ben's killer. The Symbiote then attaches itself to Peter, creating a new jet black suit, which enhances his strength and speed, but makes him more aggressive, so he decides to test it on robber Flint Marko AKA Sandman, and ends up washing him away (while making dark jokes about him).

As a result, Peter starts wearing the black suit every day and uses its power to stop crime around Manhattan, curing Connors of his Lizard mutation and defeating Kraven and Calypso. But after a run-in with Wilson Fisk AKA Kingpin which ends with him seemingly killing Kingpin by tossing him out of a window, Peter worries that the black suit is influencing him in a bad way. Afterward, Peter and his rival Eddie Brock are tasked with getting a photo of Spider-Man doing something wrong, but Eddie cheats by hiring an impersonator, and as a result, he's fired and wants revenge on Peter.
After a bad date with MJ, Peter takes her on a thrill ride back home but constantly alienates her for complaining about going the wrong way. After taking her home, Peter apologizes for his behavior, but MJ doesn't care and doesn't want to see him again until he goes back to the way he was before. Realizing she's right, Peter decides to take the black suit off, but wanting some privacy, he goes to a church, where he uses the bell to repel the symbiote. Unfortunately for him, Eddie was in the church praying for Peter to die and discovers him unmasking himself. The symbiote then falls on Brock, turning him into Venom.

Wanting to get revenge on Spidey for humiliating him, Brock finds a still-alive Sandman sitting on a bench and threatens to kill his daughter Penny if he doesn't help him, so they kidnap MJ, put her in a Taxi, and send a message on a construction site reading "Come get us if you can, Spider-Man". Seeing this on the news, Peter suits up in his old red and blue Spider-Man costume and goes to the site to fight Brock. After a hard fight, Spidey stuns Brock and the symbiote by causing loud noises and tries to save MJ, only to be attacked by a gigantic Sandman. Harry (who recovered from the earlier fight, and had forgiven Peter for his father's death) then comes in wearing his New Goblin costume to help Peter, saves MJ from falling to her death, and defeats Sandman.
"The suit's controlling you, Brock. Whatever's happened in the past, I know you don't wanna hurt anyone."

However, Peter is easily overpowered by Brock, but before he can kill him, Harry intervenes, and angry, Brock slams him into the ground, seemingly killing him. Now fed up, Peter makes more loud noises to stun Brock, and accidentally gets him impaled and killed in a pole.
Peter then swings away from the site and reconciles with MJ, only for Sandman to show up, ready to fight him. However Penny comes in, and Sandman apologizes to Spidey for trying to kill him, as he had no choice. Peter then tells him that all that matters is that Penny is safe.
Peter then ends his story by making a speech, saying that the best way to honor the people he loves is to never stop being "Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man".
