General Reginald Fortean (of Earth-13159) is a U.S. Air Force General who was put in charge of creating an army of Machine Men to fight the world's only gamma mutate, Red She-Hulk. General Fortean was also the commanding officer in charge of taking down all of the world's superhumans, including the Avengers.
