'The' Sinister Six are a group of villains who have attempted to kill Spider-Man many times. This group was founded by Doctor Octopus after being beat by Spider-Man three times in a row.

Team Leader: Dr. Octopus Founding Members: Electro, Sandman, Vulture, Mysterio, and Kraven the Hunter. Active Members: Dr. Octopus, the Sandman, Electro, Mysterio, the Chameleon, and the Rhino.
