Steven Rogers (ofEarth-928), better known as Captain America 2099 is an alternate version of Steven Rogers that was put in suspended animation after a war in the Heroic Age.

Waking up for the first time
This version of Captain America was found in suspended animation by Miguel O'Hara. Steve explained to Miguel that he was put in suspended animation following a war in the Heroic Age. He was given Thor's hammer and, alongside Miguel O'Hara, formed with other superheroes in the year 2099 into a new team of Avengers.
