"You're in a dire need of an upgrade. Systemic, top to bottom."
— Anthony "Tony" Stark

Tony Stark's Spider-Man costume is a suit made by Anthony "Tony" Stark for Peter Parker as an improvement over his first suit.

Seeing that they might need more muscle, Tony checks in on Peter Parker in Queens to have him join his side for the incoming Civil War, he sees Peter's cheaply made black and red costume.

After being impressed with Peter's homemade web shooters, he invites him to Germany to fight against Steve Rogers' team.

  • Eye Lenses: The Eye Lenses on the suit can grow and shrink, giving them a squinting appearance.
  • Utility Belt: The belt attached to the suit holds black colored web-cartridges used for the Web-Shooters that are used the wrists.

Video Games

In early May 2016, after the release of the Captain America: Civil War film, the costume that Tony Stark made and gave to Peter Parker was made avaible for purchase or as a drop in Marvel Heroes 2016.

  • Tom Holland said that he was a bit disapointed upon wearing the suit for the first time on set saying, “I have to say it was a little disappointing, because my stunt double at the time was a little taller than I am, and I had to wear his suit because they didn't have one for me. So it was kind of baggy the first time I tried it on. It wasn't as cool as I'd hoped.” but soon after said “Obviously once they'd fixed it up it looked incredible, it was amazing”.
